I had to do this too (when I used my UF5, which is now in the closet). BTW, this is a 3-year old thread.

So just click upper link to Cme uf8 driver windows 7. Come up with updated drivers for Windows 8 to. Have cme uf8 driver windows hp universal. UF Driver for Intel MAC v1.0. Unzip the file,then run CME-UF-MIDI-1.2u.pkg to install the driver. U-key Brain is designed for WINDOWS XP. CME UF Series WIN7 64 Drivers. But Windows doesnt recognise even. Because the UF is developed in 2004.In that time,there is no class-compliant driver.
