Anytime you have problens with colors the first thing you should do is to print a nozzle test print. That will tell you if part of your printhead is clogged. It may also tell you that your ink cart is not providing the ink on demand. I assume your have already run a cleaning cycle and printed a nozzle test print so that should tell you where there is a problem. It may also be a problem in the purge unit that cleans and primes the printhead.

Search on the internet for some color test charts for printers and print then in either 4x6 image or 5x7 on plain paper. This will tell you if you've got a problem with ink supply.
