When I follow the below procedures for resetting password, I get some enquiries as follows. 1) Connect a laptop to the InfraStruXure Manager Hub and make sure it is assigned an IP. By which Cable? 'LAN to LAN cable' or serial cable 'DB-9 to USB' for connecting to a laptop? 2) Using a paper clip or similar item hit the reset button on the ISX Mgr. 3) Verify that after the reboot you still have a valid IP on the laptop and log onto the ISX Mgr using admin/apc within five minutes of the reboot I suppose the cable used this time is by 'LAN to LAN cable'?
